Democratic Republic of Congo international Tresor Mputu scored a second-half hat trick to lead TP Mazembe Englebert into the third round of the African Champions League with a 4-1 win over AS Adema of Madagascar in Kinshasa last Sunday.

That was the second hat trick for the striker in this year's competition, bringing his total to nine goals in four matches.

He scored nine minutes after the interval and added two more in the final 10 minutes of the game after Bedi Mbenza had opened the scoring in the third minute.

Highlights of this game and Mputu's heroics will be shown on the African Soccer Television show on SABC1 Sport's Laduma programme on Sunday at 3pm.

The 4-1 win gave TP Mazembe a comfortable 6-3 aggregate triumph.

Other highlights are those of Tunisian giants Esperance's demolition of Zanaco by the same score (4-1) to ensure their progress in the Confederation of African Football's flagship club tournament.
