Invicta sells 25%

Industrial group Invicta Holdings has sold 25percent of the company to black investors in an empowerment deal worth R116million. The black partners include aloeCap, which advises the public sector on transactions worth more than R40billion, and The Humulani Investments Share Incentive Trust, which was set up for the benefit of black staff at Invicta. Invicta chief executive Arnold Goldstone said that the deal would benefit all parties. - Staff Reporter
