The horror of the killing of bus drivers Richard Marhule and Orphan Sennelo from Metrobus last Friday is reminiscent of the violence in the 1980s. But then that was a struggle we could all understand.

If, indeed, the perpetrators are employees of Metrobus or members of the unions, then I ask them "how can you kill your own colleagues in cold blood"?

It is inconceivable. May you be haunted by your actions for the rest of your lives and every time you look in the mirror.

To the family and loved ones of Marhule and Sennelo, may God grant you peace and serenity.
