Defender Vincent "Stop Nonsense" Kobola hopes to have a taste of Olympic football when the South African Under-23 side take on Uganda in Kampala on Saturday.
Kobola has been included in the team by coach Steve Komphela, whose charges enjoy a 2-0 lead from the first leg.
"The feeling that I have been selected for an Olympic match is great. I have been playing well and looking forward to the game," Kobola said.
"We have a pretty good chance of beating the Ugandans in their own back yard, though it won't be a walk in the park.
"We need to get an early goal that will end Uganda's hopes of bouncing back."
Kobola is reportedly on the wanted list of several Premiership clubs.
Barney Kujane, the South African team project director, said they will leave for Kampala on Wednesday. The youngsters will train at Mandela Stadium in the host country.
Bheki Khumalo, Sasol's group general manager, said they will pump more funds into the team to assist them in the preparations for the Olympics.
Komphela said they wanted to qualify for both the Olympics and All Africa Games finals this year.
The team, which was scheduled to assemble last night, is:

Defenders - Tshepo Masilela (Benoni Premier United), Jeffrey Ntuka (Westerlo), Madidilane (Bloemfontein Celtic), Vincent Kobola (Winnerspark), Kirk Laray (FC AK), Innocent Mdledle (Orlando Pirates), Luvhengo Mungomeni (Black Leopards);
Midfielders - Bryce Moon, Mkhanyiseli Siwahla (Ajax Cape Town), Bernard Parker (Benoni), Richard Rantjie (SuperSport United), Masilo Modubi (Westerlo), Sibusiso Hadebe (Jomo Cosmos), Lance Davids (Djurgardens);
