SA government is failing Zimbabweans

I just saw Morgan Tsvangirai, MDC leader in Zimbabwe, on television with injuries suffered at the hands of Robert Mugabe's police.

I just saw Morgan Tsvangirai, MDC leader in Zimbabwe, on television with injuries suffered at the hands of Robert Mugabe's police.

Will South Africans keep quiet if say, Chief Buthelezi is beaten to a pulp? I think not. When is our government going to do its moral duty and condemn Mugabe's regime? To say Zimbabweans must sort out their own problems", is a gross dereliction of our humane duty. As custodians of a culture of adhering to the law, respect for human rights and empathy for the suffering of others, South Africa's foreign policy towards Zimbabwe is a shame.

The world is watching.
