Club of the moment Mamelodi Sundowns are not leaving anything to chance in their quest to retain the much sought after Castle Premiership title.
"It's not over yet, we will be safe with two more victories, but the plan is to go all the way in the remaining games," said Harris Choeu, Downs' manager.
Sundowns still have to play against Orlando Pirates, SuperSport United, Ajax Cape Town, Maritzburg United and Jomo Cosmos before completing their league season.
"We raised our fans' hopes by doing so well, the best way to thank them for the support is to end the season by winning all the games," said Choeu.
"It won't be easy considering we have tough games, but we are going to fight. It is a known fact that all clubs want to beat us."
The man who was also known as "TV 4" during his days as a player also praised their players for the 2-1 win over Santos at Johannesburg Stadium on Saturday.
"There is light at the end of the tunnel in terms of the championship title. We just have to maintain the winning rhythm," added Choeu.
On the other hand, Santos striker Koena Mathopa said: "I thought we did well tonight [Sunday], we were just unlucky not to get more goals. Our plan is to qualify for the top eight."
Sundowns, who are still unbeaten in 13 matches, were the first to draw blood in the 19th minute through left-back Oscar Ntwagae after a Vuyo Mere cross.
This was after Josta Dladla had played a short cross in the game Sundowns hosted in Johannesburg because of lack of proper grounds in Tshwane.
Santos striker Eleazar Rodgers, who is also doing duty for the national under-23 side, shot wide in the 27th minute with goalkeeper Calvin Marin at his mercy.
Sundowns went ahead in the 65th minute through the evergreen Godfrey Sapula after a defence splitting pass from Jose Torrealba.
Santos pulled one back in the 89th minute through Thembile Kanono.
