What does Zuma fear in Mauritius documents?

If Jacob Zuma is innocent why is he filing papers against the NPA getting hold of documents being held under court injunction in Mauritius?

If Jacob Zuma is innocent why is he filing papers against the NPA getting hold of documents being held under court injunction in Mauritius?

The nation will recall that in parliament Zuma said he has never had any meeting with Alain Thetard of Thint. Apparently the meeting was held in March 2000.

Under cross-examination, Shabir Shaik conceded that the meeting did take place.

He argued that the meeting was about Thint funding the Jacob Zuma Trust. Why then did Zuma in parliament deny knowledge of this meeting?

Immediately after this meeting, a fax in a coded language was sent to the headquarters of Thint requesting, among other things, R250000.

The state wants to argue that this meeting brokered a bribe for Zuma.

The diary is an important piece of evidence, together with the documents seized at Zuma's house and at the offices of his lawyers.

An innocent person will not object to the state getting this document.

Zuma must not run away from court and he must not oppose the state because he always claims that he is innocent.

There is a lot he must explain, including his relationship with Shaik.

If he innocent, let him tell his side of the story - in a court of law.
