Sultry soul singer, R&B and jazz artist Randy Crawford will join the string of artists who have in the past year entertained South Africans.

She will be joined by Joe Sample, who is another legendary jazz artist, pianist, composer, arranger and producer.

The two will perform in a joint once-off Johannesburg concert at Carnival City next month.

Crawford and Sample will arrive in the country at the end of this month.

This special show follows the appearance by the two as the headline act at the star-studded Cape Town International Jazz Festival. The two have also released an album together titled Feeling Good.

Concert organiser Mike Fuller said: "No doubt Randy and Joe's concert at Carnival City will prove to be very popular."

Crawford has been in South Africa before, but Sample has not.

Bookings are at Computicket.
