The ANC Youth League (ANCYL) in North West has given the provincial ANC and Sanco leaders an ultimatum to take action against their members by last night.
In a statement the youth league blamed some members of the ANC and Sanco for the lawlessness that erupted in the burning of parts of North West. It dispelled the belief that the protests were caused by the lack of service delivery.
Rather, noted the league, Sanco has become a refuge for criminals and lawlessness with the express intention of bringing about the eventual collapse of all communities. The statement also said some members of the ANC shared common intentions with Sanco.
