Love has finally found its way into IFP national chairman Zanele Magwaza's life. The feisty politician and dynamic mayor in the Zululand district is set to make a fresh start with her long-time friend Mandla Msibi, KwaZulu-Natal director of internal communications in department of education.
Friends said Magwaza and Msibi have been dating for years and only recently decided to make their relationship public. Magwaza was seen with her family attending to ilobolo procedures at Msibi's home in Newcastle at the weekend.
A source close to the couple said the two would marry in April. "The wedding bells will soon ring. And we are all looking forward to this big event," she said. She added that Magwaza was welcomed into the Msibi family with great joy.
Msibi would not divulge details about his plans for marriage. "I will let you know when we are ready to talk about the whole issue," he said.
