The Mpumalanga Vodacom men's league has yet again been put into disarray following an argument between two panels of referees over who should officiate in a match.

The match between FC Henemat and Mpumalanga Black Aces cannot take place in Mkhuhlu on Saturday.

A panel of referees from Mpumalanga fought over the officiating rights over their Gauteng counterparts.

Boy Mashego, Mpumalanga referees convener, said; "I'm the only one entitled to appoint referees in the province.

"The issue of Gauteng referees arguing with my appointees is undermining my authority".

It is alleged that Aces didn't want to play under the local referees.
