Athletes Lebo Phalula and Poppy Mlambo were hard at training for the 3 000 metres race.
Lebo, after doing some 100m sprints, says to Lebogang: "You won't believe this, but I've just run 100 metres in 10 seconds."
Poppy in disbelief: "Unamanga wena but that's a world record."
"Oho, but I took a short cut. Keng ka wena ore o jelas na?"
After some time the two were engaged in some naughty talk
Says Poppy: "Mara that old guy wa mpandlana ( bald) why does he like running when he never wins anything? Actually that reminds me of a story of a useless athlete who always ran a bath and came in second."
Answers a giggling Lebo: "You mean u bra-Jo (Johannes Mabitle)? Well he needs all the fresh air, Sisi."
