I disagree with Dimakatso Mokwena who believes that SABC staff who do more than one job are greedy.

Mokwena does not understand the contract and non-permanent staff issue. I'm a TV director-editor and every couple of months I have to find a new job. I have no medical aid or pension benefits and have to find other means to save for my future and health. That extra income goes a long way towards these necessities. If you're good at a job and people need your skills, what's all the fuss about?

Graduates can do internships to improve their qualifications and gain experience until they become eligible for employment.
