South Africa's second fixed-line operator, Neotel, has enlisted Motorola to plan its wireless networks so that the newcomer can better compete with former monopoly Telkom. Motorola said yesterday that it had won a contract to provide radio frequency planning for Neotel's wireless networks. Motorola did not say how much the deal was worth. - Reuters
