TEL AVIV - Former Israeli justice minister Haim Ramon was found guilty on Tuesday of committing an indecent act.

TEL AVIV - Former Israeli justice minister Haim Ramon was found guilty on Tuesday of committing an indecent act.

He was charged with sexual harassment after a female soldier complained that he forcibly kissed her while she was employed in the prime minister's office.
