Mazibuko now employs lots of young people to make and supply more than 200 loaves of bread to 16 local schools and tuck shops every day.
Mazibuko owns and manages Zinomsoco Bakery in Umlazi township, near Durban, with seven other women.
It is one of several co-operatives launched by provincial finance MEC Zweli Mkhize as part of a "Daily Bread" initiative.
