This attack says black people cannot think for themselves and have to be helped with major decisions. This is because blacks are so blind that they cannot see the pain felt by the animals that they slaughter.

The arrogance of the SPCA to challenge that which is common to all blacks smacks of racism. It also reduces and undermines the importance of rituals that have been practised since time immemorial.

This is another attempt to strip blacks of their identity. Gradually our people have become white in their thinking and in their conduct. Some have gone as far as buying hair products and cosmetics that make them look white.

Young children who attend white schools have forgotten how to express themselves in their mother tongue. Their parents see this as a form of success as they themselves will begin to communicate with those kids in English.

We will soon be told to stop drinking umqombothi during our traditional ceremonies because it has not been processed by brewery machines.

We are going to fight for what is rightfully ours. We had these animals long before the SPCA came into being. We have always loved these animals.
