"We want to make sure that anybody who goes on the list is there for a good reason, because the consequences are so very serious," he said.

Junaid Dockrat, a Johannesburg dentist, and his cousin, Farhad Ahmed Dockrat, have been named by the US as terror suspects with links to Osama bin Laden's Al Qaeda. - Sapa
