Total Soccer is resuming with a two-part documentary focusing on soccer songs in the build-up to and during games.

Dubbed Soccer Songs, the series starts on February 4 at 6.30pm where the spotlight will be on the late Manny "Bishop" Motsielo and Skhumbuzo Madibane.

The sad part about the programme is that Motsielo, the former Bloemfontein Celtic number one fan, died after the shooting of the series.

Motsielo was instrumental in reviving the Phunya Selesele's supporters' branches and also formed a musical group of the fans, who have also released a CD.

e.tv and the producers of the show have dedicated the two-part documentary to Motsielo, who also has the eastern part of the Free State Stadium named after him, according to club PRO Sello Nduna.

Madibane is a staunch Black Leopards' supporter. During the programme, Motsielo and Madibane will take viewers through the various songs which are during games and their meanings.

Total Soccer deals with the history of South African soccer and features legends such as Nelson "Teenage" Dladla, Vusi "Computer" Lamola and Lucas "Masterpieces" Moripe.
