South Africans have always complained that most football clubs on the continent are a mystery to them because television coverage is biased towards European and South American leagues.

This Sunday at 3pm, for instance, ASTV will be bringing highlights of action across Africa through SABC1 Sport's Laduma programme.

In Swaziland the MTN Cup was in full swing with Royal Leopard edging Manzini Swallows 1-0 in a thriller, while Young Buffalo were no match for Manzini Wanderers, who sent them packing with a 3-0 pasting.

AS Djerba caused an upset in the Tunisian Cup when they humiliated local giants Etoile de Sahel 2-0.

MC Alger made Algerian football proud when they held former Italian superpower Fiorentina to a 1-all draw in an international friendly played last Sunday.

Other highlights include the Cecafa Cup Tournament 2007 held in Rwanda.
