BAGHDAD - At least 11 Iraqis were killed and 36 were wounded in two bomb attacks in Baghdad and Kirkuk yesterday.

BAGHDAD - At least 11 Iraqis were killed and 36 were wounded in two bomb attacks in Baghdad and Kirkuk yesterday.

This brings the death toll to more than 100 in 24 hours.

At least 236 people were wounded in the bomb attacks on Tuesday and yesterday, police said.

Four Iraqis were killed yesterday and 11 were wounded when a bomb went off in a bus near an office of the Shiite leader, Moqtada al- Sadr, in Baghdad.

In Kirkuk a car bomb killed seven Iraqis and wounded 25 others, including policemen.

Tuesday's car bomb attack on the Mustansiriya University killed at least 70 people. - Sapa-DPA
