Bucs coach not good enough

I heard through the media how hard Orlando Pirates' management had tried to convince Kostadin Papic to stay with the team for the 2006-07 season.

I heard through the media how hard Orlando Pirates' management had tried to convince Kostadin Papic to stay with the team for the 2006-07 season.

Most soccer fans know how Pirates performed under Papic, managing to go about 16 games without a loss. The current coach is just not good enough to lead Pirates and has instead brought division to the team. This has led to Phumuzdo Manenzhe leaving the club while Joseph Makhanya warms the bench and Edward Malinga sits in the grand stand.

Meanwhile, senior players such as Benedict Vilakazi, Lucky Lekgwathi and Makhanya are watching newcomers such as Lehlohonolo Seema taking the armband and failing the team in defence. Desperate times need desperate measures.
