Kwaito artist Kamazu will mark his return to the music industry with a new album after a long absence.

Kamazu, whose real name is Danny Malewa, will release his latest offering next month, aptly titled "Kgale ba Mpatla". Loosely translated the title means "long sought after".

"I have been keeping a low profile but it is good to be back because sometimes you must just take a back seat and see what's around.

"I have been working behind the scenes with Kalawa Jazmee crew and I have learnt a lot from them. This album will be able to put my career back on track and hopefully people will appreciate it," said Kamazu, of Korobela fame.
