FC AK chief executive Officer Albert Mokoena has indicated that his team will hold nothing back in their pursuit of the best players, during the transfer window period.
The National First Division outfit caused quite a stir last season when they managed to lure some of the best players from the Premiership, and they might just repeat the feat this time around.
"For a team like ours, that have strong intentions of being in the Premier Soccer League next season, of course we will take advantage of this opportunity. We have not yet finalised anything, but there will be some exciting changes in our set up," Mokoena said.
He added that "Bahumi" will regain the top spot, starting with their away game against Vasco Da Gama on Saturday.
"We have to score goals."
Meanwhile, with Free State Stars head coach Abdullahi Musa away on holiday, it will be up to assistant coach Themba Sithole to ward off University of Pretoria on Saturday in Bloemfontein.
"They are not very happy about us having knocked them out of the Absa Cup," Stars owner Mike Mokoena said.
