Four people appeared in Cape Town's Wynberg magistrates' court yesterday in connection with last week's kidnapping of Sisanda Ngcawuzele from Gugulethu.
Charges against one of the four, Kenneth Matli, were withdrawn for lack of evidence. The other three - Nandipha Mshudulu, Luther Kwenana and Pamela Mntushe - face charges of kidnapping, robbery, theft and attempted murder.
Mntushe was granted bail of R1000, while the other two are expected to apply for bail on Friday. - Sapa
