Moroka Swallows, who are struggling to find a winning combination, will host Santos in a Castle Premiership game at Royal Bafokeng Stadium in Rustenburg on Sunday.

Their home ground, Germiston Stadium, is unavailable but they hope to bag the full points away from home.

Sello Maugan, the Birds' spokesman, said Germiston Stadium was already booked and the only available venue was Royal Bafokeng.

"We see this as an opportunity to take the game to the people, as a result, to gain more support from that area. Even though this is our home game we're playing away and we hope to continue with our unbeaten streak away," he said.

He added that their midfield would be weakened by the absence of Lefa Tsutsulupa and Tsweu Mokoro, who were red-carded against Maritzburg United last week.

Again they will be without Ashley Opperman, George Hummel and Mahommed Auseb, who are injured.

In the absence of Tsutsulupa and Mokoro Swallows' captain Goodman Mazibuko will man the midfield with Mark Haskins and Jabulani Mendu.

Up front, Mame Niang and Evans Gwekwerere will give Santos' defence some anxious moments.

Sallie Adams, assistant coach of the People's Team, said they were going to Rustenburg for the three points.

"We have a young team and the guys are getting to know each other. We expect a tough game because we're meeting a well-balanced and experienced side in Swallows, but we have to get the full points," he said.
