DUBAI - ICC president Percy Sonn yesterday commented on the release of the report by the Pakistan Cricket Board's (PCB) Anti-Doping Appeals Committee that set aside the bans previously imposed on fast bowlers Shoaib Akhtar and Mohammad Asif.
