It is obvious that the unfortunate Zanele Saul needs some serious help to ensure her own upkeep and that of her children.

I am not sure whether to classify this multiple-birth wonder as a blessing or a curse. It's rare to hear of the rich people of this world being blessed with mouths they can't feed.
