I hope that we aren't hearing this loud cry from the local media just because Chansa is a foreigner and that we will still hear the same cry when locals commit the same offence. But I'm very concerned about the behaviour of Orlando Pirates' players in general. Media reports show that there is no discipline in the club and things are getting ugly.
Is there anyone calling the shots at the club? Perhaps chairman Irvin Khoza is busy with other things instead of focusing on his club. We are told Floyd Mbele is the chief executive but when an assistant coach tells him to shut up and sit down, do you still call him a chief executive?
Khoza should do the right thing and please tell us exactly who is responsible for the day-to-day running of this club because we all know he is busy with the World Cup Local Organising Committee.
Lastly, why is management holding on to players who have said they no longer want to play for Pirates? How do they expect these players to give 100percent on the field?
Look at the performance of [Onyekachi] Onkonkwo. He hardly puts his foot on the field because he doesn't want to get injured. His heart is no longer there. Let him warm the bench.
