Foreign fighters Isaac Chilembe, Lefoumbou Ngoma and Kgotla Baeti are destined for greater heights.

These exciting youngsters from Malawi, the Democratic Republic of Congo and Botswana have made names for themselves in the local ring. They thrilled fans at Emperors Palace last week in Golden Gloves' year-ending international tournament.

Chilembe pulverised Ronnie Lategan into submission in two rounds of their light heavyweight fight that was scheduled for four. It was Chilembe's fifth stoppage win in as many fights.

Ngoma stopped Zimbabwean Shadrack Kamona in the sixth round of their middleweight clash. It was Ngoma's sixth stoppage win in six fights.

Baeti outpointed Moses Mathekga over six rounds in the lightweight division. It was Baeti's first fight to go the full distance.

Roedolf Venter was outpointed by Emmanuel Duma.

A wound above Warren Joubert' s left eye from an accidental head-butt with Meshack Khoza in the second round forced the stoppage of their fight.

Mark Strydom was disqualified for attempting to kick Mull Maravha.
