A 44-year-old pastor of the Apostolic Faith Mission appeared in the Kokstad magistrates' court yesterday for allegedly raping his two young daughters.
The cleric was arrested in 2004 for allegedly raping his seven-year-old and 13-year-old daughters.
One of the girl's described her rape in a letter. The child wrote that she was tired of her father's sexual acts. The letter was found by an older sister.
Under cross-examination yesterday, the girl told the court that she was raped when her mother was at work.
She said that her father had threatened to kill all his children if she told her mother or anybody else about the assaults.
The girls' mother told Sowetan yesterday: "I want justice. I trusted my husband. I will give evidence against him". - Sowetan reporter.
