Mpumalanga has added another music and arts festival to its calendar.

The MacFest, which will be filled with exciting music, films, theatre and a lot more, is on from November 24 to December 2.

It will take place at seven venues in Emalahleni, formerly Witbank, and Steve Tshwete, formerly Middelberg.

MacFest will have the best local music and art, and the international lineup sizzles too.

There is American jazz maestro Ronnie Jordan, Senegal's Ismael Lo and Harvey Mason of Four Play. Last but not the least, there is the award-winning Japanese pianist Keiko Matsui.

The list goes on with Cameroon's Richard Bona, Zimbabwe's Oliver Mtukudzi, Mozambique's Ghorwane and Lesotho's Bhudaza.

On the local front is Rebecca Malope, Jimmy Dludlu, Gloria Bosman, Stimela, Deborah Fraser, Dozi, Sipho Makhabane, Benjamin Dube, Ntando, Karen Zoid, Lusanda, Mafikizolo, Lundi, Nokukhanya Dlamini and Jonas Gwangwa.

There will be a mini-film festival by Mr Candid Camera, Leon Schuster, who will show films like The Gods Must Be Crazy and Tsotsi, among others.

It will be a fun-filled festival with something for everyone.
