Meisie Babede is beside herself with worry.

Her son, who is mentally handicapped, has been missing for three days and she fears for his safety.

Ndivhuwo, 18, went missing on Thursday morning after a neighbour gave him a lift to a taxi rank near Honeydew, Johannesburg.

"He was waiting at the gate for transport to school.

"One of the neighbours offered to take him to the rank," she said.

Babede said this was the first time Ndivhuwo had disappeared.

"He doesn't refuse lifts, but he has never gone missing," she said.

"He does not have friends, so I do not know where he could be.

"We are worried about him. Please help us to find him," she sobbed.

Anyone with information of Ndivhuwo's whereabouts is asked to contact Meisie Babede on 072-606-6452 or 072-118-4916.
