The club's website said yesterday midfielder Giggs (hamstring), right back Neville (calf) and striker Saha (knee) will not travel with the squad to the Danish capital.
United, who have maximum points from three matches, will seal a place in the last 16 of the competition with a victory.
"It's a blow not to have such experienced players, but we've got a big squad," United manager Alex Ferguson was quoted as saying on the website.
Patrice Evra, who suffered an ankle injury in the 4-0 rout of Bolton Wanderers on Saturday that kept United top of the Premier League, has recovered in time to make the trip. - Reuters
