Koketso, Collins voted Mzansi's 2014 Sexiest

BIG Brother Africa: The Chase contestant Koketso Modiba is Sowetan Live's 2014 sexiest woman in South Africa.

She was announced the winner at a gala dinner last night at Capital Music Café in Rosebank, with fellow contestant Angelo Collins named the sexiest man.

"It feels good to be crowned the sexiest woman in the entertainment industry. I try my best to feel sexy, even when I have days when I feel down," she said.

Modiba said though being sexy started within, there was nothing wrong with exercising, eating healthily, doing one's hair and dressing up to feel sexy.

"I am fortunate to have capitalised on the two weeks I spent in the Big Brother house. I am currently building up my public profile by modelling and doing appearances in Nigeria, Zambia, Kenya and other countries on the continent."

Modiba took a break from her studies at Unisa this year to focus on her career. "I plan to complete my law degree next year as I believe education is important."

Modiba said she also planned to launch a foundation early next year that would focus on developing young women.

Angelo Collins:

Sexiest man Collins said it was a great honour and humbling to be chosen as he thought everyone in the top 12 deserved to win.

"I think I'm sexy in my own way; in the way I carry myself and my personality.

"I am going to use the title to my advantage [to show that] anything is possible through health and fitness."

Collins said he hoped to work with a popular gym to promote health and to show what the modern man was all about.

"I'm an outdoors man who loves nature. I am trying to secure a television show about road-tripping across South Africa to showcase the beauty of our country," he said.
