Jaftha, who was voted one of Mzansi's Sexiest Men, is a seasoned model, dancer, musical theatre performer.
He says about the show: "I'm thrilled to be a part of what is to be a first for M-Net and a format that has entertained audiences across the globe for years. I still don't think we've grasped how big it's going to be!"
Dance show set to thrill
Move over Strictly Come Dancing; here comes Dancing With The Stars as it cha-chas to South African small screens.
The local version of the international reality dance phenomenon is set to debut in February on M-Net.
It will be hosted by Tracey Lange and Chris Jaftha.
Produced by Rapid Blue, the Latin and ballroom show features 12 untrained local celebrities who will be competing against each other along with their professional dance partners.
