Actress Raven Symone seems to be suffering from a bad case of 'foot-in-mouth' disease.
The actress not only needs a lesson in black history but some geography classes wouldn't hurt either.
Symone received a lot of criticism last year after she told media mogul Oprah Winfrey that she didn't want to be 'labelled' as 'African-American'.
"I'm tired of being labelled," she said at the time. "I'm an American. I'm not an African-American; I'm an American."
Last week she proved how little geographical knowledge she has by referring to African countries as continents.
“I never said I wasn’t black, I said I wasn’t African American – to me that’s a difference,” she stated. “Thank you to ancestry.com for sending me my DNA test. I am from every continent in Africa except for one and I’m also from every continent in Europe except for one.”
