Called 'Living The Dream', the show will take people through the process of recording an album and is expected to air next year.

FORMER Idols South Africa 6 contestant and fan favourite Sindi Nene is working on a new album and reality TV show.

Nene says her first album, Infinite, was hastily put together and she wanted to take her time with the second one.

"It was kind of a rushed job so the music was not that great," she says.

Nene does not blame her record label and admits she was impatient at the time to get her album released.

"I did not know what goes on behind making an album. I was very inexperienced," she explains.

Nene says she has learnt a lot from the experience.

"I've looked at some American artists like Beyonce, Adele and Christina Aguilera. They always choose a certain theme for their albums from the cover to videos and the live performances," she says about herplans for her new album.

Some of lessons she has learnt will be documented in the reality show she intends filming.

"I'm shooting a pilot for the reality show. We have a team and a concept. We still need to get a channel to broadcast it ," she says.

Called 'Living The Dream', the show will take people through the process of recording an album and is expected to air next year.

"My show will showcase everything that goes on behind the scenes and stuff like that ," she says, adding that the show will however not share her private life with viewers.
