Make a list before you shop

IF YOU do not want to overspend at the supermarket, always make a list before going shopping.

If you know what you need to buy and have it set out clearly on your list, you are less likely to be swayed by "specials".

Without a list, you will buy the things you want and forget to buy the things you need. -
