WITH the controversial Thomas Mapfumo, Bebe Winans, the ever-so-smooth Johnny Gill and highly sought-after Oliver Mtukudzi performing at Mangaung Cultural festival (Macufe) in Bloemfontein, Free State, fans are in for a great time.

Combining the popular genres of R&B-inspired gospel, R&B, world and chimurenga (protest) music, the great four are likely to burn the roof at the scenic Loch Logan Rose Garden on Saturday, October 8.

Winans and Mtukudzi have become the mainstay of many festivals in the country.

Both stars boast a number of mega hits under their musical belts. Gill's R&B, peppered with large doses of soul, is sure to strengthen his space in women's hearts.

Adding to the local razzmatazz at the fest will be stars Thandiswa Mazwai, Selaelo Selota, Zakes Bantwini, HHP, Kaya, Bhudaza, Peter Nthwane and Fossils.

Tickets are available from Computicket and Shoprite Checkers countrywide.
