RHYTHM City's favourite couple, Lucilla and Miles Vilakazi, are about to walk down the aisle - but a huge surprise awaits them in tonight's episode.

This is one episode e.tv viewers cannot afford to miss. Viewers are curious to see if the two lovebirds will finally be happy.

The couple is played by Keabetswe "KB" Motsilenyane and Peter Sephuma.

Lucilla has been through a lot of pain in her life, while Miles has not been lucky in love.

After losing her fiancé David Genaro, Lucilla hopes to find peace and love again.

But Franco, who returns as Genaro's brother after his death, poses a big threat to the couple's happiness.

Everyone gathered for the wedding is in high spirits when the priest asks if there is any reason why the couple should not be legally wed.

A familiar voice calls out from the back of the church: "I do!"

It is David - who has apparently risen from the dead. Fists fly, but is this enough to kill off the anticipated wedding?

Motsilenyane told Sowetan that she was looking forward to watching her character's dramatic marriage.

"I will watch Lucilla's second wedding. It will be accompanied by lots of drama," she said.

Asked if she related to the storyline she replied: "Not all the time. Lucilla is naïve because she constantly has to hide her intelligence, but she is a kind.

"It's been an interesting journey for Lucilla. She dated David, had to deal with a mad Naomi, became a mother and finally goes back to Miles."
