Created by some of the country's top comedians, the festival is held annually at the end of each year to raise funds for the less fortunate as well as to support charities that are doing great work for society.
The festival enters its fourth year of existence with two very successful DVDs having been shot at the last two instalments.
More than R75,000 has been raised for Childline and other charities over the past three years, with some 40 comedians having taken part to date.

This year will see the show packaged as part of a spectacular comedy weekend at the Lyric Theatre, with Mzansi Magic's upcoming new reality TV show - Opening Guys - getting launched with a live stand-up comedy show the next day on December 4.
This show will be hosted by the great comedian Kagiso Lediga, who also hosts the TV series and will feature the next generation of comedy superstars in the likes of Siya B, Tol Mo, Robbie Collins among others.
The 13 part TV series, produced by Glowstar Productions, is set to be groundbreaking, fresh and unique.
The live show, coupled with the Just Because line-up, is bound to blow audiences away.
