The former 'Hills' star - who famously underwent 10 cosmetic surgery procedures in one day - now regrets having her chest enlarged to a G-cup

Heidi now wants to have her implants removed.

She said: "My boobs are crushing me. My body's still getting used to them and I have major anxiety about it.

"I was taking painkillers but they weren't working so I stopped. It hurt either way.

"I'm desperate to go back to normal. I'm downgrading and going a little smaller, to a D or a double D."

The 23-year-old beauty claims she is no longer able to live a normal life because of her enormous breasts.

She said: "I'm obsessed with fitness but it's impossible to work out with these boobs. It's heartbreaking. I can't live an everyday life".

In addition, the blonde beauty has been wearing nose tape constantly since November because she is so worried it will cave in.

She explained to Life and Style magazine: "I'm trying to keep the swelling down and hold my nose in place the way Dr Ryan sculpted it. I don't want my nose to fall off".

However, Heidi fears she will never be able to undo the effects of her operations after her surgeon, Dr Frank Ryan, died in a car accident earlier this month.

She said: "I feel trapped in my own body. There's just no fixing it. Dr Ryan knows the work he did, he knows everything".

Heidi admitted that her dramatic surgery contributed to the breakdown of her marriage to 'The Hills' co-star Spencer Pratt.

She said: "No one wants to be taking care of his wife who looks like she'd been in a horrific accident. He begged me not to do it in the first place".
