School uniforms can be bought for bargain prices at retail stores

PARENTS still needing to buy school uniforms can find bargains at several retail stores.

A full summer kit at Woolworths costs R189,50 for a girl and R181,50 for a boy.

The uniform consists of a white shirt for a girl or boy and cost from R21,66 each.

A navy or grey skirt from R49,95; grey shorts from R39,95; and socks from R7,99 each for girls, and from R9,99 each for boys. Shoes cost R79,95.

At Pep Stores, it will cost parents R85,95 to dress a boy and R84,45 to dress a girl.

A white shirt costs R14,99, and a black or navy skirt and shorts cost R16,99. Boys socks cost R8,99 while girls socks cost R7,49. Shoes cost R39,99 and a lunch box is R4,99.
