MAMELODI Sundowns intend recalling all of the players they have sent out on loan this season but are already in talks with at least two clubs about deals for next season.

Club sources confirmed Pitso Mosimane wants all his players back for pre-season training, after which he will decide who to keep and who to let go.

But at least two clubs who have current deals with Sundowns want to continue their arrangements with the champions-elect.

Sundowns technical director Trott Moloto was in Cape Town at the weekend to meet with Siviwe Mpengesi, chairman of Chippa United, over players for next season while Wits are also hoping to strike a new deal to keep defender Kwanda Mngonyama and goalkeeper Dennis Onyango.

Mpengesi has praised the contribution of the players he had loaned from Downs this season - Seun Ledwaba, Doctor Mampuru, Walter Maponyane, Thabo Mokgothi and Siyabulela Shai.

"We've started negotiations with Sundowns and we want to loan some other players from them as well, or maybe even buy some too," said Mpengesi on Sunday after his club were handed the National First Division trophy.

"I've got a good relationship with them and they assisted us a lot. I believe we can do a deal with them and I want more of their players because they are well developed. It is a good relationship."

Wits have also been talking to Sundowns about holding on to Onyango and the 20-year-old Mngonyama, one of the revelations of the season.

Other clubs confirmed that Sundowns have told them to return their players after the end of the season.

There are Sundowns players also on loan at Ajax Cape Town (Eleazar Rodgers and Thami Sangweni), Black Leopards (Mumumi Abubaker), Bloemfontein Celtic (Musa Nyatama), Free State Stars (Richard Henyekane), Mpumalanga Black Aces (Abel Mabaso, Method Mwanjali, Themba Zwane), Moroka Swallows (Edward Manqele), Vasco da Gama (Samuel Julies, Therlo Moosa), University of Pretoria (Raymond Monama).

Nyasha Mushekwi is on loan at KV Oostende in Belgium, although he has a serious knee injury .
