Dlamini has failed this measure and was visibly angry at Radebe and Cwele's intervention.
The public purse is facing a serious threat from President Jacob Zuma's allies like Dlamini. Let me also salute retired Judge Dikgang Moseneke and Professor Makgoba on investigating the murders of our most vulnerable people at Esidimeni.
