Kwaito star Brickz accused of rape

Kwaito star Brickz (real name Sipho Charles Ndlovu) who has been accused of rape appeared in the Roodepoort Magistrate's Court on Monday.

The matter was postponed to November 12 for a bail application.

Brickz remains in custody.

"It is alleged that the suspect raped the victim in March earlier this year," said Brigadier Neville Malila.

The musician was taken into custody on Friday after a case was opened at the Honeydew police station on October 17.
