POLICE brutality has nothing to do with training, but rather the violent situations in which police find themselves that leads to so-called brutality.
This was the message from Gauteng police commissioner Lieutenant-General Mzwandile Petros.
Petros said while brutality was not "appetising", it could not be blamed on training.
