A man was arrested at the Blue Haze Mall in Hazyview, Mpumalanga after he was found in possession of four rhino horns and over R60,000 in cash, police said.
Colonel Jay Naicker said the man was arrested by the Hawks on Friday afternoon.
Police later discovered that he was linked to four different properties in the province.
Over R5 million in cash, several television sets, electronic devices, guns and 54 hunting knives were recovered from the four houses.
The man will appear in the Middleburg Magistrate’s Court on Monday, Naicker said.
