It is unfortunate that neither the ANC nor Jacob Zuma has condemned this dim-witted and capricious deed. Maybe it is for a purpose not known to us. Whatever the reason, or should I say plot, the fact is that the ANCYL in that area has no right to grind whatever infrastructure the administrator of the day, be it DA or any political party, is putting in place.
The ruling party tried in the past and is still trying to make Western Cape ungovernable with riots and saying there is no delivery despite a growing track record of service delivery in that province.
